1. If you are using Internet Explorer as the  browser, make sure that the version in 7.0. To check the version and update the same please see the steps below:

a). Go to Help and click About Internet Explorer

b). The version of the Internet Explorer is shown.

c). Check if the version is 7.0 or more. If not follow the below steps to upgrade the version to 7.0

d) http://www.microsoft.com/windows/downloads/ie/getitnow.mspx

e) Select your operating system (from the drop down menu given at the bottom of the page) and press go.

f) Another page opens where you can download Internet Explorer for the required operating system
